The Journal covers Arab issues and affairs in all political, cultural, social, military and media fields. It welcomes contributions from Arab thinkers and intellectuals according to the following rules:  

* The Journal publishes research studies that express different schools of thought. The criteria for publishing are objectivity, scientific standards, authenticity, and documentation.  

* A study's size should be between 4000 and 6000 words. It has to be scientifically documented with references, mentioning titles of the cited books, authors' names, publishing houses, place & date of publishing, and page numbers.

* The Journal welcomes, as well, contributions in its different issues according to the following categories as:

-               Research studies with authentic references ..

-               Articles that address Arab issues and current political events in the Arab World, in not more than 3500 words.

-               Reports on seminars and conferences that are held in the Arab World or any other countries that deal with themes of interest to the Arab World. Book reviews of new books that were published in the last two years, in not more than 2000 words.

* A research study or article should end with a conclusion of one page, and should be submitted on computer, with attached C/V of the author. It may either be sent by mail on CD Rom, or e-mail.

* The Journal has the right to introduce any changes or amendments in the text, to be compatible with its style in publishing.

* The Journal will evaluate the studies and articles, and the authors will be notified of the result within two months of their receipt. If they are not published, they will not be returned back to the authors.

* Studies and articles that are published in the Journal will be its own property and copyright. However, the authors may publish them in book form, with recognition of the original source of publishing.
